民主成员控制是GVEA成立的7项合作原则之一.
每年, 金谷电力协会(GVEA)会员通过正式的民主投票程序选出2或3名成员担任董事会成员. 7名董事的任期为3年，轮流届满. 今年，第1、2和3区将进行选举.
在日历上标出即将到来的日期.
对于有兴趣竞选GVEA董事会的人:
- 2023年1月18日下午5点.m. -递交地区提名委员会考虑提名申请的截止日期
- 2023年3月1日上午9点.m. -所有GVEA成员提交申请的截止日期:
- 2023年2月17日 -委员会提名的候选人将在GVEA的选举网站上公布
- 2023年3月1日 -通过请愿提名的候选人将在GVEA的选举网站上公布
- 2023年4月27日 -在和令礼堂举行的会员年会
- 2023年5月5日 -选举选票邮寄和网上投票开放
- 2023年6月6日 – 5 p.m. 返回选票的截止日期和网上投票的截止日期
投票过程之后, 选举结果将由选举委员会核证，然后由董事会接受.
